Trevor Christian Horowitz
Trevor was born May 17 th , 1993, at Fitzsimmons Army Medical Center to Simon Horowitz and Donna Frazier.
Trevor passed away on May 19 th , 2025. Trevor was buried at Crown Hill Cemetery in Wheat Ridge, Colorado.
He was in the embrace of his family and showered with love.
Trevor is survived by his father Simon Horowitz, his Mother Donna Frazier, his sister Audrey, and Brother’s Caleb and Marc. Trevor was loved by his family and returned that love with burning passion. Trevor was happiest man in the world wearing his work boots and working with his dad.
His entire family will miss, love, and always and forever treasure our Trevor.
Trevor is finally at peace. He will be missed beyond words, thought, measure, and emotion.
