Banoo Khosrawy

Banoo Rashid Khosrawy, 92, of Boulder Colorado, passed away peacefully on Wednesday May 23 at Frasier Meadows Rehab Center.

Banoo was born in 1926 in Yazd, Iran, daughter of Rashid and Sarvar Aidun. She married Dr Khosrow Khosrawy in 1942 in Iran. She moved from Iran to Boulder in 1979.

Banoo is survived by 2 daughters, Mehry Khosravi of Boulder, Colorado, Sarvar Khosravi of Atlanta, Georgia; 3 sons, Hormoz Khosravi of Jacksonville, Fla, Rashid Khosravi of Lafayette, Colorado, and Fereydoon Khosravi of San Jose, California and nine grandchildren and one great grandchild.

Banoo is preceded in death by her husband of 50 years, Dr Khosrow Khosrawy.

The family of Banoo Khosrawy wishes to thank the wonderful staff of Frasier Meadows Rehab Center for the excellent care they provided Banoo.

A Zoroastrian Memorial Ceremony will be held at 11:30 AM on Saturday May 26 at Unity Columbine Spiritual Center, 8900 Arapahoe Road Boulder, Colorado followed immediately by reception. Funeral arrangements are being handled by The Natural Funeral.
